Just got back from getting everything. I've come to the conclusion that it's too hot outside to do brakes without any kind of shade.

It's only 90 degrees. When I did mine I had no shade but I had a fan cooling me off. It really was super easy.

About how long did it take you? I've watched people do brakes many times, but I've never had a vehicle long enough in the past that I had to change the brakes on.

BTW did you put a new pinion nut and cotter pin in when you did yours?

I forgot you're doing rotors too. :o

I just did pads, pretty easy. Still the rotors shouldn't be too much more work. I think Blue did his and reused the nut and pin, but not exactly sure.

Yeah the Chilton recommends putting in a new pin and nut. I forgot to grab those while I was at O'reilly's though.

OMG!!! I am soooo sick of seeing them damn stick on side vents/port holes from Autozone or wherever they get them. It's comical to see how and where they put them. I've seen them stuck to the hoods, rear fenders, EVERYWHERE...lol And how hard is it to line something up? It's amazing how off they get them.

I just vented there, forgive me. I do feel much better now
