Bees in my frontyard tree.

Any suggestions? They did not make a hive. My limited knowledge tells me that they are just passing through, and should go elsewhere. What do I do if they are there tomorrow? This happened when I lived in Austin. They left after a few hours.

Its kinda cool. Solid bees. When it was windy earlier, they swayed with the wind. The mass is about 2 foot long, and about 10 inches wide. The picture is deceiving. At about 3 oclock, it looked like a plague in my front yard.

It's obviously the start of a Biblical plague. Expect frogs and stuff next.

This is what you get for stirring up trouble

My neighbor is kind of a doofus. He shot at the swarm with an air soft gun. I told him if he did it again, he would suffer the same fate, but with something larger. What was surprising, is that the bees did nothing They are actually docile.

I've heard that the fire department will spray them with soapy water to kill them.
