See what you can get a set of BFG Long Trails for - those were the cheapest name brands that Sam's Club carried, I'm extremely happy with them. Set of 4 in your exact size cost me $507 out the door with tax, disposal fee, and the full service package. I offer that number only to give you a point of comparison. Even with a discount, Michelins are very overpriced.

Take care of your NEEDS first, especially those that affect your SAFETY in your truck. Don't screw around when it comes to tires and brakes. The "wants" always find a way to come your way eventually.

Get that alignment done too, or you will just chew up those new tires. Get a professional to at least look at your brakes (all 4 wheels) and advise you.

Don't put any extra money in a 10-year old pickup that you dont need to. It's just money flushed down the drain. Seriously, spend only what you have to maintain/clean & wax,etc it. Save as much money up as you can because you'll need every penny and more sooner than you think.
Im 24, and finding that out, and Ive always been good about saving.

Just my $.02
