Just like oil... we will not run out of oil. The Earth has too much oil deposits from rotting dinos, plants, etc... and it's more than we will ever need by the time we get going on some crazy technology.

Just FYI, over the last few years in the UK, the "Knit your own sandals" type treehuggers have banged on so much about Global Warming that it has gone beyond a joke.
Naturally, the government saw this as an opportunity to bring in a whole raft of new taxes on motorists, airline passengers and anything else likely to raise Global Warming.

Now, this has been debunked, have they removed the taxes? Er, no.
It's not even called Global Warming now.

It's called Climate Change

No *****. Never seen the climate change before, have we? Britain has historical records going back to before 0 A.D. It's been in a state of constant change over the last 2000 years.

Can't let that justify the removal of badly implemented taxes though

Uh.... Can you prove to me that CFC's actually are depleting the ozone? I know that in a controlled test, they will destroy ozone, but are they really affecting the big ozone? People rant and rave about the hole in the ozone... It's been there forever, and we just now have the technology to see it.

Everything must be normal when the USA, Russia, Canada and other countries are fighting over newly open shipping routes through the artic circle that were once blocked by ice.

Maybe the slowly shifting jet stream and rising ocean temps causing warm temp. in some areas and colder temps in other areas are normal also.

Ever heard of the Ice Age? It's a cycle that the world goes through every so often. It just happens that our lives are extremely short when it comes to events that span millenia...

You, sir, are a dupe. You have bought into the fear being sold to you by politicians and socialist academics who want to cripple our economy and hand more power to national governments and international cabals.

You perpetuate the fear mongering with your ridiculous rhetoric. New York underwwater? People in Ohio need to sit on beach front property before they acknowledge the facts? PLEASE RENDER UNTO ME A BREAK. Just because we don't buy into the global warming like you and your lemming like kind does not mean we are less intelligent or informed than you are.

People like you will ensure that we have no rights (or money) left just so that we can be 'protected' from some hypothetical boogie man. Once global warming is off the table, you and your kind will invent something else.

Thanks for caring so much (I guess), but your cures are worse than the disease.

BTW, improved shipping routes sound like a good thing to me. Maybe the countries are fighting over the routes because they are afraid they will freeze over next year. And FWIW, many crops grow better with higher temperatures, so if there really is global warming, it will be great for food production (in non coastal areas, lol).

Of course not. Any chance to fleece the subjects is a good one to take if by chance you're in Parliament.
