A little global warming is welcome here in the frozen North. A Little Ice Age wouldn't even be noticed up here. I guess I'm in a win-win situation.

On a serious note, weather and climate is dynamic so it's always changing. Of course this year will be different than last year and the year before etc etc. Why is that so hard to understand by some people?? When someone can show me Mother Natures Big Thermostat that lets her set a constant global temperature then we'll decide if it's broken or not. Until then it's nothing more than fear mongering.

The shrinking ice caps and rising ocean levels are hard to deny. Some people would only belive something is strange when they are sitting in Ohio on Alantic Ocean front property.

Everything must be normal when the USA, Russia, Canada and other countries are fighting over newly open shipping routes through the artic circle that were once blocked by ice.

Maybe the slowly shifting jet stream and rising ocean temps causing warm temp. in some areas and colder temps in other areas are normal also.
Queue the George Strait song "Ocean Front Property"

For me this sounds great, I can get to the beach much quicker now.

didn't yall all see the day after tommorrow? its based on a true story!
just like al gore's movie!

i think its funny how al gore and all those like him don't ever say anything about the several ice ages there were before people were even walking on the planet....i guess all those dinosaur farts were to blame for the global warming back then....and caused texas to be mostly under water as a shallow sea...damn i wish i could have fished it back then.

In the late 60's to early 70's, it was the coming Ice Age. I was about 10, and was sure at the time I was going to spend the rest of my life living in an igloo! Now it's global warming ... Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me!!

fact of the matter is that the current warming "trend" ended in 1998... it has been getting cooler sense. Dang it... I was hoping for some more warming.
