What dave did was ask about posting a "skin" pic.
The webmaster responded in the thread within 10 minutes (keep in mind Steve posts once in a blue moon).

The pic in question was supposedly Dave's 'ex'.
Dave also mentioned that she would be pissed if she found out.

The thread then turned into a "me too" request that the pic be e-mailed.

So it reads like this:
F150online was being used as a conduit to solicit "skin" pics of a person who could be identified even as it was stated that person would not approve.

Now what in hell does the webmaster do with that mess, go to bed?

They didn't 'Get Dave', Dave got himself.

I think its good the admins are cracking down on all the BS postings. I know the general discussion is a place to talk about random stuff, but sometimes it gets out of hand. So they have to enforce some rules
