What does everybody do for a living?!?
I am a Sailor in the U.S.Navy. Funny thing is, i fly around on airplanes as a Flight Engineer.
Pretty fun job, get to see some cool stuff, and get to train people on how to operate and fix the equipment on the aircraft.
My day at the office is often looking down on the world from 20,000'
Pay is not too bad, and fringe benefits,
Well, some things you just can't put a price tag on.
But look for something that is goin' to make you happy, and you will enjoy. but remember, there are always goin to be people out there who are doin the same job, but just for the money. They can make the job not so fun.
'Jus my $.02

Retired from Chevron/Texaco and now handling shipping of electrical tower's and cell phone tower's from the galvanizing plant where I work. Also do some purchasing and handle the safety program. Waiting on my second retirement!!
See I'm kinda like Kieth except im a senior and I have to decide real quick! I have been loving the idea of going to school to major in Administrative Business. And I have thought about majoring in the because I think I want to be a principle. As crazy as it seems I don't want to graduate. I'd do anything to be like a sophomore. I always thought my dad was crazy when he told me he would do anything to be back in school. But work sucks man I know about it. I work all day when school is out so I don't get to rest ever anymore. But idk I have thought about principle, maybe work for a contractor running a backhoe or something, or major in bussiness management and become a manager of something.
I would love to be a cop. I have always wanted too, but the starting price for a cop where i live is like $30,000. The starting salary for a pharmacist in my are....$120,000. Its a tuffy. Im thinking about going to pharmacy school and being a cop on the side....part time.

I know that. I don't really consider myself a kid tho. I mean I go to school, then right after school I have baseball conditioning untill five thirty, then sometimes I have to turn around and work right after that. I mean I go to school, have baseball, hold down two part time jobs, and manage to still pull off a 3.5 gpa. And I have to pay for just about everything. I have to pay for gas, truck payment, anything extra I want.
I have 11 years in The U.S. Coast Guard right now which is a law enforcement branch of the military, and I also completed my degree to teach school after I retire. Two paychecks and the summers off!!! I'm not a recruiter, but you can let me know if you want some info.
I work in the telecommunications industry. I'm currently the supervisor the tech team that installs and maintains T-1s and related equipment for customer's for a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier, aka, NOT Verizon) based in VA, yet my area of operation is centered on Washington DC. I started as a regular Installation and Maintenance Tech.
I also did 9 years in the National Guard, worked as a fast food restaurant manager (and crew person), waited tables/managed my Dad's restaurant, and even worked as a stockman at a departments store.

I'm a bum.
Although, while watching afternoon television the other day, I saw an advertisement about getting my degree, on-line, at the RUAH (Raoul University of Animal Husbandry). I was initially thinking I'd be a goat herder as he seems to do pretty well at it (who knew goat herding gets you a BMW?), but after reading their brochure, I'm finding myself more interested in Bovine Management.
I don't know though, being a bum has its perks. I was also considering being a coffee taster for Starbucks, but my real dream job is to be a mattress tester for Serta. That way you can sleep on the job and not get in trouble.

Just turned 23 and I'm a quality assurance supervisor for a company that does metal plating for Boeing, Lockheed, NASA, Raytheon, ect.
Decent money, but my goal is to become a Police officer. I'm currently ranked in the top 20's for most of the state of Massachusetts which means within the next year I should be offered a job.
I have an associates degree in criminal justice, and another associates in fire science.
On top of all of that, I'm A+ certified from Microsoft.
I know a lot of people go for jobs for the money, but I'm going for the job that I wont mind going to everyday. I, unlike a lot of people, don't need a ton of money to be happy. I have my (soon-to-be) wife, my family, and good friends... thats what its all about.
