I beat the socks (mostly) at their own game.

I went to the store found the socks I liked and bought 6 pair of the same kind. Pulling socks out of the dryer became easy. The hunt for the "other" sock was over (for now)! Then, because the idea worked so well, I went back to the store to buy more of those same socks. They didn't have any more. I just can't really win this game of socks! The socks are still winning (in the long run).

This morning I opened the closet to grab a pair of gloves. Well, I quickly found one of each glove, but the other glove for each was nowhere in sight.

What's the deal with socks and gloves? Where do these guys go?

Ever see the Ren and Stimpy show? there was a magic land where all the missing socks went, and sock faries too! maybee they have started doing gloves now!
I also have this glove/sock problem. so do not be alarmed. you are'nt the only one.

 

awwww, 1 out of 2 aint bad!! Now, if both went missing then you would never know you were missing one sock/glove in the first place. well, at least in the case of the sock.

 

Funny you should post about this.
Yesterday at work I took my shoes off and someone commented I had some ugly feet.

I had to explain that my feet didn't really look like that. I couldn't find my socks so I was wearing gloves.

 

Booo! Not your best performance Raoul. Not on your game yet this morning?

 

Sock gnomes. Socks are easy. They get extra points for gloves.

 

You gone and done it now! I'm taking the gloves off!
