Ohh a junction box... You still have to snake the wall, I see now!

I was thinking a channel that you cut a strip out of the sheetrock/drywall, insert the channel, lay wires, replace piece that you cut out, mud in the seams and paint to match.

I was thinking damn thats a lot of work, I'll just snake the walls....

What is HDMI 1.3b? HDMI.org doesn't even have any information on it. They only have specs up to v1.3.

Yup, it's like a junction box for adding stuff once the house is built. Then get a blank faceplate and cut a hole just big enough for your cables to stick out. Fishing the cables through internal walls is easy as long as you cut the holes in between the same two studs. When I installed my TV, I added all of the cables that I figured I would need and just coiled the spares up behind the TV. So the TV is flat against the wall without a cord in sight. If I need to add something I just tilt the TV out and plug a spare cable in. I doubt that I will need these though. I have a HDMI between my receiver and TV and the Receiver has HDMI inputs.
