And like others...I pitty the fools in my hood. I am surrounded by hunters and CHL's, not to mention two SS members, 2 NRA lobbyists and 1 UST lobbyist.

If the chit were to go down, our hood would be well protected.

 

I started with a Cooey Model 75 .22, and never stopped. Now have two 12ga shotguns, an acient Cooey 20 ga and should be getting granddads Lee Enfield Mk4 from my uncle before next deer season. And I just treated myself to a new Remington 597 LSS w/scope last week

 

Neither one here, they can use someone else's handgun all they want, but they can't carry it "open or concealed" on person or in a vehicle, they can not own or purchase or carry until 21.

I had in possession Handguns that my great grandpa gave me when I was 14, before I turned 21. While I lived with mom and dad they couldn't say anything for them being in my room because dad was over 21.... but it wasn't legal for me to have them, carry them in my vehicle, hunt with them, or at 19 when I bought my own home, it wasn't legal for me to have them in possession in my house, because I was only 19 and no one of legal age lived here.....

Are they going to come search for them?
Not if they don't have a reason too.
Does it make it any more or less illegal? No it's still illegal.

 

Well I made up my mind. I ended up getting a gift certificate to my local store/range so I'll probably go pick something out Thursday. I decided to go along the lines of a good all around rifle. Leaning towards semi-auto, and is pretty all purpose. I'd also like to keep it in the range of $600 and under if all possible.

 

Get an SKS. Fairly cheap to buy and shoot. Join the NRA!!!
