No kidding. I don't have the technology nor the steady hands to pull off a procedure like that though.

That sound right? Thats what it says and what I agree with. Bar fighting is not a violation of the NFL code of conduct? Thats where I believe the 2 are the same and is what I am arguing about here.
Vick pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to travel in interstate commerce in aid of unlawful activities and sponsoring a dog in an animal-fighting venture, and that's just the beginning of his legal problems. Yeah, he deserves another chance, and he'll get it, with the label of convicted felon as a tag.

Merely being uneducated is all.

Its a matter of whether or not he makes a change for the better. And like someone else said, it is up to the NFL now, and I agree with that.
There are many of us that belong to professional organizations that have rules of conduct. You break a rule, you're out. We know that when we break those rules. I'm a CPA and if I ever get convicted of a felony, I lose the priviledge of being a licensed CPA. I can be sorry and correct my way of conducting myself, but it will not get me a second opportunity at a CPA license. That is called life with rules and what happens when rules are disregarded. Vick should be forgiven if he wants to change and be forgiven, but that does not mean he should get a second chance in the NFL.

I think he will be back. Its comparable to the whole Mike Tyson incident. He was banned but then made his way back into boxing. Hopefully Vick turns out a little better than Tyson though.

He didn't need a second chance. He changed his ways before he needed one. He was man enough to know right from wrong. Sad he had to die, but it's sad every time someone dies for nothing.

As for Vick, I have no remorse for him. He knew he was screwing up and he wasn't man enough to change his ways, now he's paying the price.

So if he would have quit before he was caught you would be cool with it? That makes no sense. Of course they know right from wrong but that stopped neither one of them. They both broke the law and they both broke the code of conduct. There is no difference, except one got caught and one did not. You can deny it all you want but the fact remains the same. You change your ways one way or another, or you end up worse. And as far as being a man, Vick ADMITTED it, and if he does not change his ways after this, then I will be 100% with you and be against his deserving of a 3rd chance.
