Good for him. hopefully he gets to play again. Im not saying what he did wasnt wrong, all im saying is that everyone deserves another chance. We're all human and we all mistakes no matter what color we are.

I dont believe he was right in doing what he did but how is it any different than killing a deer or a pig. They are all animals and they are both being killed. I guess if he ate the dogs it would be ok?

Some things are not worth responding to. But no, you sould not kill your "dear" either.

When people kill deer, pigs, cows, chickens, etc. it is generally quick, painless, and by surprise. There is no torture involved.

And no, if he ate the dog, it would not have made it better.

[sarcasm] It would probably taste like **** after being beaten so badly [/sarcasm]

They dont torture the dogs. The dogs fight on their own because they want to. And I am sure when he put them down it was a bullet to the head. The media tries to make it worse than what it is so they can get higher ratings. And no I have never fought any dogs but in Florida its pretty big in the African American Population so I have heard about it)

At least he didnt hold the dead dog's head up in the air by their ears and take a picture showing how big the dog was that he killed.

Dave, that is just stupid. Obviously you have not followed the story. You should do a little research on it so you don't come off so dumb. There was torture involved. Plus, dog fighting is against the law. Also, you either know little about what is done to make a fighting dog or you are just trying to once again stir up something.

IMO, I don't think that hanging and electrocuting is a fast and humane way to kill an animal.

I dont believe the reports from the media. When people fight dogs and put one down they shoot them. The electrocutions and what not are just things the media says to make it seem worse than it is. And when a dog is mae into a fighting dog they basically train them on tread mills and make them work really hard almost like a boxer training for a heavy weight fight. the worse thing that happens to them is they get chained up in a back yard. I have been around dogs that are used for fighting and they are really nice dogs and friendly with people. The only thing is they get some scars from the bites durign the fights. I have know a few people that were into dog fighting back when I lived in Florida. And no I dont believe that fighting dogs is right I am just trying to show that it isnt as bad as people make it out to be. I am just speaking from what I have experienced. Have you ever been around people that fight dogs? Have you ever interacted with fighting dogs? I have. So I think I may know a thing or two more than you about this topic. All you know is what the media tells you.
