He may not be saving money right now (It depends on how long he keeps and drives the civic.); but, he is taking money out of the pockets of OPEC. That can't be bad.

Yeah, by buying gas. He's also lining the pockets of the insurance company, the DOT, etc. Why stop there? Hell, buy a motorcycle too, you'll save even MORE money.

i must admit getting 13 mpg is getting old when gas is over 3 bucks a gallon. thats why i might get an 07 mustang gt. a v8 with 19 mpg. much better

I also have a Honda that gets 50 MPG. Mine matches my truck.

been driving an 02 rav4 for 2+ years now 29mpg 36 bucks to fill 120 miles a day to work and back 2 tanks a week at most. F-150 84 bucks to fill 3 xs a week do the math....
