Well it appears they have changed the rules now and wiped everything clean. I don't know why they're doing this now but apparently they got upset about us getting back at the Canadian guy or they just were not happy from the start and didn't know how to fix it.

Here is what is on the site:

So now it's back to the old fashion way. Just one vote per day per IP address. Any ideas to keep us out in front? I wonder if the Canadian guy will just give up. The big thing is now they're monitoring it daily and will delete votes on a constant basis. However, now it doesn't end until December. What ever we do we should make it non-suspicious to just keep it close with a small but afirmative lead.

Duke

Here is the email we recieved:

We are sorry to have to inform you that we have had some voting done on this month's Monthly Giveaway that we feel is not appropriate. In fairness to all we felt that we had to reset all the votes on this months draw to Zero, and begin again.

Because of the little time left in November, we will end this draw at the end of December instead, to be drawn on January 1st. This will make it fair for all contestants involved in this months draw.

The new rules will be 1 vote per IP per day. We will be monitoring the votes daily and if we see any voting that we feel is inappropriate, we will delete those votes.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you, but we feel this is something that had to be dealt with immediately to make it fair for all.

This identical email has been sent to the other 3 participants.

Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

Happy Voting

Well crap that makes it a little tougher.......
Let me think on this, I'm sure there is a way to fudge the system a little. Wel lI know there is a few ways just trying to find one that is feisable.

Lilly and Bubba - Minnesota 100.00% (10)

I wonder if they are counting the IP that the vote was sent from or the IP the confirmation is sent to........

I kinda figured this would happen. I was keeping my trap shut so as not to jinx it, but it appears the jig is up. Looks like Mr. Canuckistan got his panties all in a bunch and called the Principal on us. Now we know why he hasn't voted much in the last couple of days.

There are ways around this, but it kinda starts slipping into the "morally gray" arena.

Current results:

Lilly and Bubba - Minnesota 100.00% (15)

All yours so far!

Edit...
Duke, you wanted bragging rights, correct? You can brag on this. You were beating the guy so bad he had to call foul and get the rules changed!

I can change mine pretty easy but now all the fun is gone. I wonder if he or them are spying on us? It didn't take much searching on google to find this thread last time I looked.

I can change my IP, but I cant change the IP of my host which is what I suspect they are checking. Which may screw many people from voting because that will mean only one vote per domain even.
