I burn through the multi-tools in the field as I'm using them constantly in 'chemical environments' so, I go with a decent 'middle of the road' type of tool. So far, this one hasn't let me down -- and I've been through a couple of them (because I'm a bonehead and have left them on jobsites).

I don't use one often, but I've been considering picking up a Leatherman Wave.

I have the original Leatherman, I really like it. I got it for like $9 it a bucket at a outdoors show a couple years ago, it must have been when they were phasing them out as I haven't seen another original one for quite awhile.
