Sunglasses

I don't care if this is a repost.

I had a set of Costa Del Mar MP2s but I just broke them recently. . It was a sad day. I'll probably JB Weld them back together to use on the jet ski. No sense in throwing away a $200 pair of sunglasses besides I love this things.

I'm about to get into Oakley though. What are your favorite pairs from Oakley? I'm thinking about getting a set of ThumpPros and Half Jackets. I'm trying to find some place local to try them out before spending all of this money, although it's damn near impossible to find any place local.

So, whats everyone wearing these days?

PS: Don't bother posting and telling me how you've got a badass pair of bobos from WalMart, you're no help.

WHOOOOOAA nellie ....

Did you say, "$200 pair of sunglasses"?

insanity.

I learned a loooong time ago (well, I aint THAT old) that Cheap sunglasses last forever.

When you wake up in the morning and the light is hurt your head
The first thing you do when you get up out of bed
Is hit that streets a-runnin' and try to beat the masses
And go get yourself some cheap sunglasses
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

Spied a little thing and I followed her all night
In a funky fine levis and her sweater's kind of tight
She had a west coast strut that was as sweet as molases
But what really knocked me out was her cheap sunglasses
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

(solo)

Now go out and get yourself some big black frames
With the glass so dark thay won't even know your name
And the choice is up to you cause they come in two classes:
Rhinestone shades or cheap sunglasses
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

ZZ Top

LOL. . Can you not read Jamz? But regardless, find where they sell Costa Del Mar sunglasses and try on a pair out in the sun, you'll be amazed. It only gets better when you're out on the water on the boat or fishing.

I'm not jumping ship, I've still got my Costas. I'll keep them for what they're meant for, the water. I just JB Welded them together. LOL

Do you know where to buy Costas online? I know direct but they're way more than stores..

I have a pair of the white gas cans and they are nice. I also have a pair of Arnette's and they are super comfy on my face. I am pro amber lens's as they can make a ****ty day look nice.

When you pay $200 for a pair of sunglasses, you know where they are at all times and you make sure they don't get abused.

I'm waiting till funds are available to replace mine with a pair of Costa Del Mar's. I'll probably get set of the fathoms. I'll wait till I get all my gift certificates around Christmas time to get them. $90

By the way, check the warrenty. Most have lifetime or 5 year warrenty's.

I have a pair of Arnettes that I used on my jet ski ONCE and the film has started to peel apart. LOL

About the warranty, All of their glasses are full lifetime warranty unless you're in Florida and they're RX, some gay law. But I'm pretty sure they'll classify this as abuse and not warranty it besides I don't have the receipt. My mistake. LOL
