It all begs the question.. did this weirdo rat himself out about what he was doing?.. He couldn't think up a little fib, like.. I dunno.. "I swerved to avoid a cat?"

Or was he found slumped behind the wheel still maintaining a firm grip on the joystick?

Surely he wouldn't be dumb enough to tattle on himself, I think he was caught...err...red handed

Back in the late 70's, I saw something like that, no accident though, on the Washington DC beltway. Guy driving the speed limit while his girlfriend "worked" on him. Didn't seem to bother them that anyone in a pickup or truck could see what was going on.
