The response was "I'll leave feedback as soon as the package arrives". I think shes confused as to how Ebay works!
**edited. didn't mean to bust your *****. i understand now** she may be confused on the payment. depending on how it's being paid, you may receive it tonight in paypal or if it's an echeck, you have to wait 5 days for it to clear

unpaying winners arent any fun at all. i have an ebay consultant at ebay who helps me out with all my non payers. i've got a stack of them. you would think that they would pay asap, but some people.....

you have to wait i think 7 days before you can actually relaunch the item, or you can send 2nd chance options to others.

sometimes i buy something and have to wait a few days to cash my check, rob an old lady, etc etc to get the money.

pm me the user name and i can check into it for ya

PS: i got 22,713 feedback, 99.3% positive. any other questions, just let me know

I normally stipulate in my item description that "payment is due within (X number of days)" or "Payment due immediately upon auction's end."

I'll go a week tops.

I got boned on the last two "sales" One was from Nigeria and we all know those roll. The other was from the "UK" and he won't respond to any emails. I think thats crap that you still have to pay both listing fees if the item doesn't sell. I think it should be pro-rated and put back onto Ebay! for the remaining time I had before the person did that crap.

Now I'm confused. The money that was "sent" from Nigeria actually posts up in my PayPal account but it says I have to ship it and provide shipping information before they release funds? Is this BS? Sure sounds like it to me. Account Name is bookie2b !

Did you state in your auction that you'd ship worldwide? With all the EBay scams out and about, I don't deal with anything outside of the US personally.

Have you contacted ebay about this yet? That's the first place I'd be calling, since I'm sure this has happened before.

Yes, they said it was all too common and it was almost impossible to stop.

I'm lucky because earlier someone wanted to buy the item so maybe I don't even need to re-list the item. Hopefully he still wants it and I can just send him an invoice through PayPal. The other item however is re-listed. I guess I'll know what to do for now on. .

:o

well let me run this by yea......

She put in her top bid and walked away.....
2 days later item goes off and she wins..... she is working, running kids to soccer practice, footbal practice, games, basketball, brownies, Girl scouts, Boy scouts, etc etc etc. Maybe she hasn't had 2 seconds to get back to the computer to find out she won.......

If I'd had 2 letters in less than 24 hours.......... depening on how nasty they were.... you might have to wait another day or two anyway! Just for spite! Just becsaue your on every minute of teh day, doesnt mean everyone else is. This is the first time I've been even with in range of even wifi since 4:30 this morning when I left the hotel....... now finally got home 16 hours later........

I liked ebay until i had abad experience with them when i tried to sell something. I got the payment and shipped it, got shipped out but the buyer didnt receive it(went thru ups). I busted my a$$ to find the package and get things straight. Well the guy thought i was screwing him over and reported a claim even though i stayed in contact with him. Ebay sent me an email saying they had credited him his refund out of my paypal account and i had ten days or something to put the money in there and pay him. He got full refund including shipping and cost of the item. I didnt think you had to refund shipping charges, seeing that my item had already been shipped out. Was just a big hassle and I didnt like how they came to their conclusion. It wasn't like i wasn't going to refund the guy, they just made a decision without getting all the facts. So I'm kinda against ebay now
