Giant Mexican Aero Banana?
Just saw on ABC News that some Mexican artist is planning to launch a huge floating banana that will somehow park itself over Texas at an altitude of about 80,000 feet and just... hover there..
Says it will be visible and appear to be about 30% of the size of a full moon..
WTF??
I'll try and find a link to the story, just checked abc's website and it's not there, tho the story was just on tv about 10 minutes ago..
I've only been drinking iced tea (so far), so I know I didn't imagine this!

Maybe President Bush can climb back into the ****pit of the fighter he flew in the National Guard and shoot the damn thing down, like Bill Pullman in Independence Day...
