Yea appears the V3 uses the micro-SD card same as mine.

I just asked my wife, she use to work at walmart connection center and sold, alltell, cingular and sprint. She said she thought that all the razrs have an expandable memory slot. She hasn't worked there in 2 years, and the yhad them then, so yours should have one GLC.

 

On the new razr anyway, forgot all about this, one of the girls in the office just bought one 2 weeks ago.
I put my card in from my motorola to give her some ring tones and it wouldn't read it, showed it was there, but coulnd; t find the songs. Apparently they have it locked.
The door to get to the slot on it was... when holding the phone, on the right hand side, close to the bottom. It fliped out then swung down and there is your slot.

I cant find one with the slot door open on the web anywhere, I will see her tomarrow if not then sometime this week and I'll take a pic of it with my phone for you.

Mean while look for a very small door, at first if you dont know it's there then you wont see it. It is just a seam that dosnt really look like it belongs, and the other side doesn't have one. You flip it out with your fingernail.

When I say small I mean small....

The door is barely bigger than the card it's self.... and the card is small....



As you can tell it is small, there it is setting next to my phone, in the general area that your slot should be.


ETA dont make fun of my phone, it is 8 months old, cant upgrade until december, it has been dropped coutless times, carried in my pockets with my keys, slung around inside the boat and truck and thrown across the office..... It may be cracked, scratched and messed up but it still works perfectly.

 

I honestly don't think mine has one. I just looked it over very carefully too. Remember, mine is almost 2 years old.

 

Like I said my wife got out of the business 2 years ago and she is pretty sure the razr had them then. Shes not saying definatly, but she normally isnt wrong, she has the best memory of anyone I know or have every met. Drives me crazy!

 

It probably dosent matter now, but I just got a razr last week and mine came with the mini SD card. The slot for it is in a stupid spot, it is in the battery compartment toward the bottom edge.
