The only people to blame are ourselves......nobody was bitching about this 12-15 years ago. We were to busy reaping the rewards of cheap labor, cheap housing...cheap everything, the wetbacks were pouring in starting cash money business.
Make them all legal, tax them and all that....the price of EVERYTHING goes up.
I would rather have some hungry illegal build me a bridge than some dead beat welfare recipient or convict who could give a poo anyways!

The point was, of hte millions of ILLEGAL immigrants very few commit actual crimes (other then being in the country illegally) but when something like this happens, everyone says "oh look, see, this is what illegal immigrants do!" just like when a pit bull attacks, everyone says "thats what all pit bulls do!" even though something like .01% of all pit bulls will ever attack in their lifetime, less then golden retrievers, labs, huskys, german shepherds, chihuauas, and other dogs.

My point about my wife's job wasn't to say woe is me, my wife is unemployed... but rather, more americans depend on illegal aliens then we might think, and its not just the people doing the front-line stuff like my wife, but when people like my wife loose their jobs, we aren't able to buy some of the stuff we would otherwise, which means the guys at home depot and the nearby restaurants start loosing business, they have to lay off their employees, their families now can't buy things, on and on...

 

Illegal aliens commit a high percentage of crimes in this country. You don't think Mexican gangs are a problem? You don’t think they bring in a huge amount of drugs and associated crime?

By all means spend some time hanging out on their turf and then when you get beaten or shot to death your family can take solace in the fact that illegal aliens are a benefit to us all. Hell it might just happen on your turf.

It will be too bad if you have to stand behind an illegal alien, with a sprained ankle, in the emergency room to get your gunshot tended to. Because you know they can not be turned away.

If you want to live in a third world ****hole, filled with masses of uneducated poor, why don’t you move to Bombay India?

 

I didn't mean to sound so harsh, but the fact still stands that hundreds of thousands of Americans could actually work and have a job (because they actually are able to), but don't thanks to their laziness and the government supplying the check.

For those that were unforturnately injured and are now truely unable to work... They absolutely deserve their check.

The statistic I heard yesterday on talk radio - the host does excellent research, so I don't doubt it - is that 30% of all prisoners in our prisons are illegal aliens. If that is accurate, then it becomes obvious that their best and brightest are not the ones we are getting.
