Nah---they are little burgers steamed with onions---you buy them by the bag. Best purchased early in AM---after the bars closed---(you would never, ever, buy them at any other time.)

When you are driving home after the bars close---they used to taste good---but man, oh man---the grease. Hence the ter, "Rectal Rocket."

BTW--the original Max and Erma's had telephones at the tables so you couold talk to other tables--taken out due to something called harrassment, I guess.
Yup, the one in Lexington did too but it's been 10 years since I was there. They had the biggest MOOSE head I'd ever seen hanging on the wall, it looked like a Macy's baloon had busted through the wall. LOL

Fatburger is coming to beautiful Cleveburg, Ohio. Anybody every have one? How do you rate them? I have heard ads on all of the radio stations telling that there are putting in four new locations.

Here's the deal with the Baconater. If I was on death row, and sceduled to die the next day, I would order about three of them for my last meal. Either it is going to work on my arteries before the three chemicals do (and I go before they strap me down), or---my arteries and veins will be so hard from the gunk that they will not be able to get the needle in.Tim C.

The Baconater is not as bad as i expected, only:

830 Calories
51 g fat
1920 mg sodium
35 g carbo
170 mg cholestrol

Just a nice snack!

So, wookie, a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger with the seasoned fries and a large drink doesnt fill you up? You must be a super-fatty. I am 250+ lbs and I am absolutely STUFFED when I am done eating all that.

No harm intended, just making a point.

As for my favs, I'd have to say In and Out Double Double w/Spread Only for fast food or the Islands Big Wave w/Cheese for sit down. Damnit, now I am hungry.

Fast food would be a bacon swiss burger from DQ

MaPa is a tie. I little place in town here called Taylors Dairy Joy, it's not a restraunt and it's not a drive throu, it's a walk up. Kind of like a roach coach only permenant.

Other tie is a place in Marshal Ark, I cant remeber the name of it, but it's acutally a sea food spot with great catfish, I spent a 12 days there and got tired of the catfish so ordered a burger, now I'm torn on what to order when I'm there......

Restraunt Burger, is a place called Hook and Hoof at lake of the Ozarks. Again torn between the all you can eat grab legs or the $18, Home grown Black Angus, steak burger.

There's a couple of local places that are good. Nesmith's and C.F. Penns. Nesmith's is better but it's about a 30 minute ride. Penn's is famous for their deep-fried bread burgers. Double all the way is the best; double burger with cheese, onions & ketchup.

If it's fast food I go for Hardee's first, then BK.

FWIW, I'm typing this wearing my In-N-Out shirt from my trip to Vegas.
