Actually, it only works if you have an electronically controlled transmission. The PCM sends a signal to the transmission each time you shift. When you shift into N while passing a Police Car, it overloads the Crown Vics PCM and caused the vehicle to momentarily shut down, thus the overhead lights going off. It's pretty rare, but it could happen, and you have to be pretty close to the other vehicle.
Excuse me while I continue my search of Area 51 on Google Earth.

dont we already have one of those in charge??
There are those of us that do not believe everything we see or hear. In typical government fashion, Area 51 is hidden in plain sight.
Our search for the truth continues.
A tip from them: Aluminum foil on the inside of your cap will prevent the satellite surveillance equipment from reading your thoughts.

As for A51, that is indeed it. It's a double cluster-f**k to fake out those who believe what you believe. The pic is superimposed over where the base actually is . . . it's sort of like a double negative.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go give a speech to a group of Greys about the alien autopsy film.
I believe the area on the map is area 51, however its not all of it, it is the area they test new planes etc etc, but its not where everything goes down. Theres stuff that goes on there, but it where all of it takes place. ID imagine the super hi tech stuff is way down underground miles away from the actual base.
Oh please . . . aluminum foil is soooooooo 1989. These days, all those cell towers you see are not just being used by the cell phone companies they also contain ultra high frequency transmitters/receivers, placed there by the NSA, that can not only read your thoughts, but can also implant thoughts into your head. These signals are so powerful that aluminum foil is useless. The only way to block it is to have a lead/carbon fiber skull cap IMPLANTED in your head. I did this along with my friend (the doctor was having a two for one special) and it's cleared up our thinking 100%.
Thanks Kobi.
Now I have to Google "skull cap" and see where a local dealer is.
