Get a floor jack and pull his car into the middle of street, then call the cops that the neighbor has been driving drunk.

Use the floor jack to relocate the car so it is in default and get it towed.

Do you have any local cops as friends? No? How about a property manager of a local office building? Security guard?

What I'm getting at re the parking in front of your house is can you obtain some of those orange "TOW THIS POS AWAY" stickers?.. lol

Hell, ya may be able to get 'em from Office Depot...

Slap one of those on the windshield, another on the drivers side window..

Take my word for it those things are a true BITCH to remove..

And hey, maybe some gung-ho tow truck driver will actually haul it away..

Guys, funny stuff but he does have to live next to this guy. Trying the civil route is always the best route. I commend RP for trying to be calm about this.

If that doesn't work have you considered spraying him with a hose like a dog on your property?

GIT OFF!!!

You could try and take the "be sweet to your neighbors" approach.

You interested? You and the new misses would love it for just the two of you...

Now that we have a kidlet, our space situation needs to change... (that and the fact that I have a total douche for a neighbor).

Slap a For-Sale sign on the car with some super cheap price and be sure to put his phone# on it.

Buddy of mine did that to me once.

I had an 88 Camaro and he put:

"4 sell - $500 O.B.O."

I had about 5 offers on my way home that day.

What an *** he is.

It's ironic -- and I swear I had nothing to do with it -- but, this guys' vehicle got broken in to on Saturday night. My wife informed me of this incident this morning.

Unsure about what was taken but, apparently they popped the lock and got in to it...

The scary thing is that my wife's Explorer was about 50' away from his vehicle (in front of my house - still)...

It'd be different if I had anything to do with it...

Here's some irony though -- he's parking in his driveway now.
