Ok well after getting spanked for 32 post I'm going to try to help you.

Ok first off did Ford say that to you directly or did the dealer?
2 Seperate entities and the dealer may may put words in Fords mouth.
After 2 years did you call the BBB "Better Business Bureau" or FTC "Federal Trade Commission"? If so, what was the outcome of those?

You only talk about the dealer, you can't blame Ford for the actions of the person(s) who sold it to you and failed to back it up after the sale. Atleast give Ford an oppurtunity to back themselfs.
The dealer is just the store you bought it from and not all dealers are the same. Sucks you ran into a bad one but tip, alot of car dealers are crooks, doesnt matter what brand there are some that will go out of thier way to make you happy and the rest that will try to stick you if they think they have a chance.

Blaming Ford Motor Co for the service you recived at the store (aka dealer) is like buying a TV and when you get home you discover that it doesn't have a remote control like every other model of that brand. When you go back to the store if Best Buy doesn't give you one, then start blaming Panasonic for making a bad product and swear to never buy another one from anywhere again......

Really doesn't hold alot of logic does it?

Calm down, breath and make this happen.
You have several options and lots of huge steps to go.
You have barely taken any baby steps to a resolution.
You can go to another dealer and explain your situation, sometimes they will bend over backwards so you buy from them next time, also it gets relayed to FOMOCO. Very many complaints like this about the dealer that you bought yours from and FOMOCO will drop him as a dealer.
Second Option or next option is to contact FoMoCo.
If no luck there and you still feel you havea case.
Contact BBB, they will act as a Mediator and try to come to a resolution.
If after diliborations with the tribunal it's still no go.
Then contact the FTC. They will go in with guns blazing for you and you will get your power steering cooler and Ford would be kissing your butt to call them off.

Jeeze! Would you care to explain how his post count remained at 1 if he posted TWO times? Moderators must of moved his post around and didn't close the original thread. So don't be a troll by calling him a troll.
