Stewart has the skills to manage the car and its capabilities. Way behyond what either Busch has. Kurt points-raced his way to that ONE championship. I'll swear to that till the day I die.

This thing has been in the works for a long time .. Rick has had his eye on doing this for several years .. Things fell in place perfectly, and Rick was in a position to take advantage of things.
JR has a ton of respect for Jeff, and gets along great with him and Jimmy .. Now that Casey has won a race, there will be a lot of harmony in the Hendrick camp.
This also now means that about 70% of all the Nascar fans will be fans of a Hendrick driver.
This will be good for everyone invloved, especially the tatto artist that first figures out how to change the 8 tatoos into JR's new number.
