Question what would you do first?

I just got a 1999 f150, I posted pictures about a month ago. If you had just got a full stock 1999 f150 what would be your first thing you would do to it? Lift? Exhaust? What?

If I get a lift, I was thinking only 2". I don't want to high. What are some things to consider or beware of? Anyone have a disappointing lift job?

Thanks,
Doug

First thing is a tuner.

Then go from there.

Things to watch for are rust on bottum of doors and tailgate and door crack at the top of the doors.

Just put some decent wheels and tires on and drive it and enjoy.

If you want more power and its--

A. 6cy You should have got a 4.6
B. 4.6 You should have got a 5.4
C. 5.4 You should have got a Lightning
D. Lightning You should have got Ram SRT-10

Im having trouble finding a tuner for my year/model truck.
My first mod was a K&N cold air intake, I love it. Then I got a 3" Gibson cat-back exhaust, which is so-so. If I could just find the right tuner, I think i'd be pretty satisfied.

Yeah I think a Lightning is better. Plus the shorty Dodge weighs 5,000.

Troyer can tune an XCalII for ya... and my list of mods on my F-150 went Exhaust (still had temp tags on the truck), intake, Superchips chip, ignition, then a new Edge tuner.

Mods on my F-250 have gone exhaust and tuner. Had the truck less than two weeks when I got the exhaust done.

Did the edge replace the Superchips chip or was it in addition to it? If so, what did the chip do by itself?
