And for those of you who don't seem to get it. Jason was filming his gauges at what looked like 85 or 90 mph IIRC while getting smoked by the Lotus homos. Remember that the Bullrun contestants are all bound by ALL state laws and Jason was finally fed up with blatant speeding, obviously.
Jason, while letting a _lot_ of his regular 'ol self show had to be mindful of his character, his department and his family name. His father is also a prominent member of another fire department, he can elaborate if he wants to on that. He was determined to run the race as hard as he could but not have to explain himself or look for a job when he got home. If not for that he _may_ have played a little more like Mike Alsop.
I know a LOT of ya'll disagree with the way Mike's playing the game but if I was running my truck or Stang in the race I'd be playing pretty much exactly like he is... except that he's playing everybody against everybody and even "Ding" & "Dong" have figured it out.

damn that really clears it up.
from the previews it makes it look like someone else is recording him speeding or something
First leg of the whole race they outpaced everything but the chopper and even that had trouble keeping up, errrrr so a little birdy told me... yeah, that's it! This birdy also told me the teams were told there were "no laws" in the start town. Apparently the organizers didn't really make things clear and the teams continued WOT pretty much all the way to the finish of the first leg. Organizers figured out the teams got to the finish a bit too quickly.
After that the ground rules were suposedly clearly laid out this little birdy told me and it's entirely possible that GPS devices were placed in the contestants' vehicles so they could be tracked to _ensure_ that they were not speeding, you'd think the camera crews following them could verify that kinda stuff... In fact if you paid attention to the last episode or the episode before that one when Team Charger missed an exit there was also a white van just past them also on the side of the highway.
Anyway, just a little more info than you may have wanted to let you know why Jason & Jake were so intent on busting these other teams chops for cheating their whiney, spoiled butts off.
The Golden Rule of cheating: Don't get caught!!! You can bet your butt when Jason could get away with a little "fudging" he fudged, but cheat? NEVER, not MY Jason!
Now I've gotta rack out, we fly out tomorrow, actually _this_ morning! See ya'll in a week!

Next show looks extremely interesting. I saw someone was up in your face...however it was too quick, and I couldn't tell who it was. Guessing a Lotus guy
I watched this show for the first time last night. (the dog knocked the remote off the arm of my recliner and I couldn't reach it...true story).
Not a bad little show. The driver of that Pontiac is a dolt. I can drive better than that. I think he was skeeered of it.
I'll catch the next one for sure, looks like tempers are going to flare.

Great show....I watched it with my boy (mute button in hand
).
You should have seen him jumping on my bed when that white beast came round the corner in 1st place.
Of course later I'm 'splaining how the f150 team ended up in 5th because of the time bonuses.
Should have asked Steve to sponsor you, would have been cool to see the f150online logo on the truck.
Still pulling hard for ya.
