Now we need the Lotus gone, they fight like women. Jesus.

Side note. When I saw the BMW guys crying about their car, I was laughing. I told my girlfriend, how much you want to bet it overheated or the computer shut it down. . such a nice car, too bad the owner is a nimrod.

Adios team Lambo! Those guys are ****heads. I'm glad to see them gone. I like Team '57 Chevy! I think I'm ready to see the Lotus Team go home next because they fight like women. Go Jwall!!!!

Good show...looks like (from the preview) that team 04 must finish in the top 2 next week too in the first leg...otherwise I think they'd have shown a preview of them in the challenge.

jwallace: good call on lotus vs. labmo -- too bad they pussed out.

I didn't want to see team lambo go home though...I definately didn't want them to win, but I'd rather see the mexicans go or the olds guys...or team trans am...oh well...7 more days

Not sure about the gas mileage being that much better but the fuel capacity for the F150 is about 60% more than that of the Olds. 19 gal vs. 30 gal So the Ford can go a lot longer between refuelings.

Couple observations and questions about the show.
1. Drivers are always the drivers and navigators are always the navigators. Is this in the rules or just the way it always plays out? The guy in the TA should take the wheel once in a while. If he's allowed to.

2. This is a game of attrition. Once all the beaters are gone its really gonna get interesting. I would like to see some of the consistently top finishing teams mess up and get eliminated instead of the beaters. Eliminate your obvious threats early.

3. Are the teams really sleeping outside next to their cars? When team Lambo cranked their motor on today's episode it seemed to wake up competitors sleeping on cots close by. Or are these just guards watching their cars through the night making sure the competition doesn't tinker with the rides?

Did you miss the part where the olds guy said he was getting 7 miles per gallon?

Answers to your questions: Drivers are not always drivers. You have the ability to switch whenever you want. Jake actually drove into Reno cause I had Bronchitis.
We were in those tents. Scratch that. They were in those tents. I was in my roomy truck on some leather. Ha Ha Ha! It was constantly like 3 degrees so those tents were cold, I would plug my inverter in when applicable and set my thermostat at like 68 degrees. Boy I slept good. Muahahaha

Great episode

Cant wait to see what happens to Team BMW since it appears as they will have some sort of problem in the next episode.

Jwallace how do you feel about the way they edited you making fun of Team Honda as they were right next to you? I found the camera angles hilarious of you going Waaaa Waaaa Waaaaaaaa. Wish i could see the faces of those guys when they saw that on TV.

Lets go Team F-150

so other than pride, what is the prize breakdown for the winner(s)? I heard something about $200000 from the Lambo guys. Just curious if there is any compensation for body damage or anything that some of these cars are getting?

Man, I would love to put my stang in a race like that. I think it would do good, but the body/paint damage would kill me. BTW, the Charger in my opinion is the sweetest car in the race.

Oh yeah, nice job Jwall!!!

the prize is $200,000, what ever damage is done is subtracted from the total. plus it has to be split between the team mates so each person gets $100,000.

That was hilarious! That car made me want to stop at a hardware store, buy some razor blades, and slit my wrists! I wish I had my spot light instead of my Streamlight! That dude was always sleeping!

The Charger was by far my favorite car in the race. No replacement for displacement! Bea....utiful!

I actually can't remember what happens or where we are going. It is definately heating up, and some of the teams ehmmmm "Lotus" are breaking down. Or he put his T-back on backward! As for myself. I'll still be truckin'
P.S. For those who care, I will be entering this years real BullRun from Montreal to Key West in the same truck just to prove some more points.
