Isn't the McGaughy's (sp?) kit for the F-150 like $249? I can't remember, but I had considered slamming my STX when I had it.

Damn that sounds nice. I will be doing that here shortly with a magnaflow.

I saw where you were talking about getting the top bolts out. shouldnt be an issue. What about removing the spare? would I still not be able to get at the bolts?

Thanks,

leave the spare, you need the spare to add vertical space so the jack doesnt top out. Actually lay the 2x4 on the spare, and jack the spare and truck up!

you wont have a problem getting the bolts out with spare on, just put the bolt up against the under side of the bed, slides right out.

drop shackle how to, with pics <--- clicky

and i hollowed out the two fronts (aka pre cats) originally had four, have 2 main cats still, didnt throw any codes b.c the O2 sim is after precats, and after main cat. So the computer only monitors how the rear main cat is filtering the exaust.

you shouldn't need sims if you get high flows,

i see youve got an 2002, you should be able to gut precats, and do two highflows, and still not need sims
