Sit ups...Ab work outs

To get cut do low wieght high reps. Do lots of curls, seated rows, tricep extensions, etc.

to lose wieght drink a lot of water and cut all pop out completly not even diet.

Eat good and get some low sugar weigh gainer products. Then lift like hell five or six days a week.

I used to lift weights, but now I mostly cut, split and stack firewood. I'm sitting here right now with a pulled groin from lifting, carrying, and stacking three long-bed truckloads of red oak, cherry, and hickory yesterday. My Grandparent's neighbor is a preacher, and he's building a church up on the mountain near where my Grandparents live. He knows my Grandpa, and he's giving him all the firewood from the trees their cutting down to make room for the church. They have about seven or eight guys cutting the trees down, sawing them up into 2'x3' pieces, and delivering it. They're delivering firewood to older people that need it for the winter months. It sure beats going back in the woods and cutting it yourself. I appreciate what these guys are doing for my Grandparents, but it sure gave me a workout! I needed it though...

I started lifting about a year ago. When I started i weghed about 205 and i am 6ft1 and i got down to a scrawny 160lbs.I was strong and cut but i did not feel well.I have had a bad low back injury and was forced to stop but i am starting again.During my lifting i concluded that with my weight lifting program i needed to consume about 3500-4000 calories daily to maintain my 178lbs i worked up to.I have started for the last 2 weeks and I can see some great results so far.The most i benched prior to stopping was 250lbs4x and i did 325lbs once.I am starting back w/ my bowflex xtreme.

I know I need around 213g of protien, 1.5X my body weight. I am around 142lbs, 6', how many calories do you suggest I consume a day? Also, is tacking Whey protein, Amino Acid Capsules, and Creatine Capsules dangerous??? If I take these, how will it effect my lifting/muscle gain??

I would suggest around 3000 calories a day to start. It is trial and error with lifting try this for a week and try to keep track what you consumed. If you gain a pound a week good if not up your calorie intake and eventually you will figure what you need to gain or lose weight.Every person is diff on what they need.If you have a racing metabolism you can also slow this down by consuming more carbohydrates. You could also look into a protein drink, try GNC store.I would not reccomend taking anything besides the whey protein. If you look into it most of these supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA.They are starting to find long term use is not good

If your going to take all that crap then you might as well take steriods. Why do you need to get "huge" anyway. If its to impress a girl I garuntee you that mojority don't car how strong you are. If I was you and at 6' 140 pounds I'd just work on curls and stuff and make my arms look big. I don't understand why people need to get big unless they are going for a strongman competition or plan on playing college football.

I agree 100%.I took creatine and a couple of other things for a short time and it does work IMHO.After reading a few things about health risks after using them for a long time i stopped taking them.I can say though after i stopped taking them my arms went from 17inches to 16inches pretty quick using the same routine.I don't care b/c to me it's not worth it.If you have a hard time putting on muscle keep your reps low and stack the weight on.You must significantly damage your muscles or no growth.Remember no pain no gain.If your muscles don't the next day hurt you didn't work them hard enough.

See I have always been 100% natural. I know a former football player here (running back) well he was a freak of nature. I mean ripped out of his mind fast as heck. He plays college ball for Saint Francis University in norther Indiana. Anyway he use to have full body cramps after games because he took so much creatine. I have never thought about taking it and really I have no reason to get big I just want to tone my muscles.

Im tired of being a walking stick. I would like to get that good physique. I would love to cut where you can see all the muscle but if I do it now im going to be even skinnier. Im just trying to get stronger faster is all. If you take Whey Protein, can you take it for a while? What exactly does it do????
How does it help with body building? If I keep taking in more calories wont I get fat??? I want to be big, but not fat. Also, what do you suggest I do for my curling routine? I would like to work all the muscles in my arms so you can see all the muscle. I know that what I am talking about will take me a while to obtain but im ready for what comes my way.
