Exclamation Man Law/ rule of Thumb Question

Regarding a recent conversation with a friend of mine, a topic came up that I feel should be the basis for a Man Law.

Situation: Friend A is a long-time supporter of a particular sports team. This team has notoriously not done well, finally has a promising season, but comes to an early end.

Friend B, who doesn't watch sports, doesn't play sports, or even have anything resembling a favorite team decides to belittle his friend and his team of choice. He continues to bash his friend's team, saying how bad they really are.

I ask, is it not cowardly to criticize another team without even putting your own neck out there by declaring your team of choice?

Please discuss.

If someone knows nothing about what he's talking about, he is a fool. I just take things like that in and laugh to myself because they are proving their lack of knowledge by opening their mouth.

Since the guy isn't even into sports nor does he have a favorite team I would take it with a grain of salt.
However 4 of my good friends and myself all have a different favorite football team and we bash each others teams quite often.Although they are wrong because my team is the best.

It couldn't be considering they went 14-2 in the regular season. 14-2 isn't sucking. But thanks for trying- dolt.

I agree. It's cowardly to do that kind of thing about anything.

Let's take "Pro" wrestling for example. It's easy for people to say bad things about it, and not know anything about what they are saying bad things about.

As far as Friend A goes.....is his team The Cowboys by chance?

14-2 but got spanked when it counted...

That means, under pressure, in a "real" game, they suck...

Well obviously we are talking about my Ravens.

I'd ignore him...if he isn't interested in sports he's just trying to get you worked up. Ignore him.

No, Jamzy, could not have been the Cowboys. That just shows how little you know! Now, lets take "Pro" wrestling, if there is such a thing. It's ESPECIALLY easy to say bad things about it, when you know something about it. I went to my first rasslin match when I was 12. Have you even heard of Vern Goyne or Gorgeous George McKay? I am well qualified to say bad things about it!

I was not there. That was why I said San Fran, you got the point. Do you think Jamzy did?
