Which ain't a bad gig I hear. Afterall the show pays the money owed and the guilty party only ends up looking dumb on tv with an *** chewing from the Judge Judy.

I don't think you can sue for all someones got over $250 bucks......

After the mail has run Monday, if still no check, then I would begin the process as described before and start charging int erst. I believe under federal law, you can charge 18% for the first $1000, then after it reaches $1000 it must drop to 10%. It dint take long to add up to some $$$.

I'm not saying he's a thief, but negligence nor ignorance is not an excuse.

Wait a minute, mattineer wants Brew to sue the thief for all his got.

Let's analyze. Got could be a misspelling of goat, or goats. The thief must have stolen one or two of raoul's goats too, but he's too ashamed to admit it.

Uh oh, I just used two, too, and to in the same sentence. Mattineer will be confused for sure.

Depends how they let you charge.

If you can charge daily then one month on $200 is a balance of $7,042.15

Heck yea I'll loan someone $200 for that kind of return.

But I belive it's called a "usury limit" and is not compounded so $200 = $236 regardless if it is one month or 20 years.
