This is exactly why I'd rather not post here anymore... You can clearly see that no matter what I say or do all my posts from this point on will be seen as coming from a "THIEF" and therefore useless. All posts about and towards me from now on will come with sarcasm and anger which is understandable since your naturally going to stand up for the person you have known the longest and obviously not for the person you dont know.

I invite ANY of you to meet me and to get to know me so you can form a judgment of the type of person I really am instead of reading about me and automatically assuming I'm a crook.

What ever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?? On public forums this doesn exist... I've been a part of plenty of them to know this. Anyways, take it as you wish but I'd like to truly appologize to anyone and everyone that thinks I'm a bad person because in reality I'm in not, and I truly appologize to Tom for this whole ordeal.

 

I sent you an e-mail... I'd be glad to meet up with you (just as we had planned in the past so I could hear your flowmasters) so you know I'm no thief. I would never put my name and credibility on the line for ANY ammount of money, much less $250.

 

It's of course your choice but if Brew gets his refund no one will even remember this thread.

It isn't like we remember stuff from a long time ago...and throw it in people's faces.

He's a lifer....Jamz, D, LT, Mattineer, a ton have all "quit" but they all come back....their helplessly addicted.

Newborn diapers and 3am food calls....poor guy is spending all his time faking it like he doesn't hear the baby....that is hard work

Ive had to listen of what was going on the past month or so that this has occured. I dont believe your a thief. In fact, after seeing your reply you seem like a pretty level headed guy. I know brew personally as well. And i also know hes an honest and easy going guy that would do anything for you.

I know your story was that you were really busy with work and a few other things. That still gives you no reason to set aside an HOUR or a minute to get this cleared up. Imagine if you sent Brew 250 bucks and didnt get anything? You would be in the SAME situation and do the SAME things brew did.

You never know who to trust these days especailly over the interent. I think Brew gave you plenty of time to do something about it and you didnt act. Thus giving him belief you were untrustworthy. All in all, if you make the right decision to send him his money back i think things would be cleared up.

 

My sentiment as well. I could not believe that someone would communicate that much and try to take you, yet I thought it was really a long time and could have been handled better. Anyhow, all should end well with both sides having a little better understanding and cutting some slack.

 

I dunno, if I paid any amount of money for a product, recieved more then one or two excuses and after over a month still had no product and was waiting on a refund, I seriously doubt I would be doing any repeat business.

If you look at it from Brews side he had every reason to be upset. You've had his money a month. Paying with cash or money order is not a smart thing to do today. But I'm sure if he gets his money back or the running boards everything will be fine and everyone on here will put it behind them.
