I think I'd have a hard time getting out of my car and showing my face to the public after wrecking the top two cars. I definately wouldn't of done a burnout. I'm not too upset that it happened, because it keeps Johnson and Earnhart a little back in the points from the Roush boys, but I think it was classless that he boasted around like he deserved the win. I wonder what kind of retaliation is going to happen to him next week.

He drives for Nascar's golden child owner, so nobody better not touch one of his boys. I will not explain my reasons for feeling this way, but I used to work with a guy that worked for them years back. They do have there TOUCH ME NOT PEOPLE, and he is the main one. GO MARK MARTIN.

I am an Earnhardt Jr. fan as I was a Dale Earnhardt fan big time. In any regards what happen is racing. I am not a Vickers fan at all and don’t think he is that great of a driver but I don’t think he did it on purpose.

Racing is racing and those kinds of things happen, bad timing, bad move, what ever it happens all the time with ALL drivers including Earnhardt Jr. and Johnson…

At least Dale Jr. was a man about it and accepted it for what it was, racing…

Little E is cool, it's his couple of million lunatic fans that make him look bad. I would root for him if the fans weren't so stupid most of the time, and you guys know what I'm talking about. There's fans and then there's dumbarse fans.

I know what you mean. I was a huge Dale Sr. fan since he entered NASCAR full time in 1979. He actually raced in his first NASCAR race in 1975 but I believe he only ran 7 or 8 races that year.

Anyway he had some idiot fans as well. Remember some of the fans who wanted to kill Marlin for wrecking Dale Sr. in Daytona, the one that killed him? Remember the fans that wanted to kill, I believe the guy in charge of Bell safety equipment because it was believed there was a failure of the safety equipment?

Like I said I was a HUGE Dale Sr. fan but didn’t for a moment believe what Marlin did was intentional, it was racing and crap happens. It just so happen it was Dale’s time to die and it was a very sad day for me, and many others, but racing is racing…

Not to sound like an idiot myself but I sure hope when my time comes I can go like Dale Sr. which was doing something he loved and enjoyed…

he watched the race, but UNLIKE you he has a brain. Vickers has been screwed by Hendricks all year...a driver who was told he was going to be let go 4 months ago..and isnt allowed to his own team meeting...HIS team???...WTF???...so anyway, I'd be damned if I was Vickers and I had an Oppurtunity to win I would have pulled that same crap.. So "junior nation" tritoneer...kiss my ***. Johnson can blow my dog, and Junior can get leftovers...

I agree with you 200%!
The fans of Jr. think everyone is cheating when Jr. doesn't run too good or he gets collected up in a wreck. First thing they yell is "He's a cheater! He cheated!"

All I have to say bout todays race and Jr is "That's a shame!"

I think I need to retract my last post about Vickers. I watched it over again and it looks like it was a combination of Jr's fault and Vickers fault. Jr. tried to slightly block Johnson which slowed him up just enough to get Vickers into his back end when they made the move to go around. Vickers is ultimately responsible where his car goes, but I think the reason Johnson wasn't so upset is the fact that he knows his foot came off the peddal and that's why Vickers got into the back of him.

I think the Hendricks boys need a little work on their bump drafting.

I concur! When it comes to restrictor plates anything can happen. This wasn't an unusual ending. I'm no Hendricks fan but Vickers didn't do it on purpose. It's NASCAR at it's finest.

As for Vickers he's not with Hendricks next year and he's not even currently allowed to attend Hendricks Team meetings.

Senior would have made it more obvious that he was punting his teammate into his son for the win, sheesh.

Big deal! That's racing.

Amen! It was a racing deal. Brian went to help push Johnson past Jr. and he didn't realize he was clear. I don't support Vickers or Johnson or even any other Hendrick driver but I don't think Brian did it on purpose.
