Why?

Why does it still amaze me that a grown *** man can't follow simple instructions?

Unplugging a router from the power source is not hard.

20 minutes...took this dolt 20 minutes to unplug a router, and the worst part.....it was on his desk right next to his cable modem.

You have to live with some tolerance and understanding. No, he is not as proficient as you when I comes to computers and routers, but he probably has expertise you do not. For instance, he might be able to identify all types of butterflys or maybe he can knit and you can't. Just think, if everyone had the same expertise, there would be no need for most of us. It would be a battle just to survive. Something to ponder when you stomp on me because I don't know what you do about some subject.

How hard is it to pull a plug? Not a lot of brain power needs to be used.

I didnt ask him to do a trace route to yahoo, or ask him to format his machine....UNPLUG - ROUTER - FROM POWER SOURCE.

Doesn't take a rocket scientist....

Bottom line...people are lazy and want things done for them.
