What am I supposed to do, use English words in such an order that no human has ever uttered them before?

I remember reading in the history books that the night before Nathan Hale's capture by the Britsh he stopped at a bakery to pick up a half dozen bagels.
The baker was very apologetic when he told Nathan,
"I only regret I have but one bagel to give to my countryman"

I KNEW I had heard it before. I read that book, or at least scanned it. I would suggest that you should be allowed to use anything over 100 years old. That way, you still don't have to come up with anything original. Another option could be the "dead guy clause". if you plagerize from a dead guy it could be permissable. That should give you enough leeway to communicate on here.
