Decent service... very responsive in that little town I was residing within (Salem, MO)... Nice 'homey' feel to them in the office. Zero problems honestly...

 

Sorry you had a bad day Jamz. I try to be nice when I have to call tech-support, I know the person on the other end of the line is not the direct cause of my issue so I try to treat them with respect. Too many folks out there are too eager to shoot the messenger, no one seems to have any patience anymore.
