I just saw the new Chevrolet 07 yesterday for a course. It is a serious truck!! Ford has it's work cut out for them!! Very nice interior and looks sharp on the outside. Huge engine choices and trannys. Pulling capacity now of 10,500 pounds.
Ford better be working on something fast.

I remember when I was first looking at trucks I liked the chevy silverado SS. But then I learned that all of there trucks were going to be 6.0L. Then I couldn't justify spending the extra money for the same engine that all the new trucks will have. Besides I like the crew cab and the looks for the ford better.
On a good note. With Chevy being so ugly and never changing there body style you can buy a used one like a 03 and it sill looks like a new one. That was the only reason I even looked at chevy was to save some money.
Now are engins will stack up like this: Ford 5.4L , chevy 6.0L, nissan 5.6, dodge 5.7 unitil they jump to the 6.1 hemi. Does anyone know if chevy will still produce the 5.3? Is that engine going to remain in the avalanch.
