Last year when i was in Chile, I saw a citreon like those pictured but it had been pimped with a large rear air foil. Pretty funny, looking for the picture.

Citroen they are. The Company is somehow connected to Peugeot if I am not mistaken.
BTW - In the movie "American Graffiti" that little clunker that Curt (Richard Dreyfuss) drove was a Citroen, but the correct year model of that car was not compatible for 1962 the year the movie supposedly took place in. I believe the car was newer than a 1962.
