I really don't see the Senate changing to a liberal leaning party anytime soon. The country is still caught in a conservative movement that is doubtful to evaporate. Dems may pick up a seat or two, but very unlikely to go far when the Dems say stupid stuff...for instance, threatening to impeach the President.
