Let me hope I never live next to you UC, or anyone that thinks similarly. A shotgun blast to the chest for walking on grass? Yes, the kid seemed to be a problem, but killing him??? A good old-fashioned *** kicking would have been in order.

Geez, that's a little extreme.

As for me, if someone is on MY lawn, I KNOW that they're up to no good. Then again, my lawn is about 25x25, so if someone is there, they have to be within almost 20 feet of my door.

I realize the guilty party is always the 'suspect' until proven guilty in a court of law, but since he admitted it, shouldn't he be referred to as the 'perpetrator'?
This is in reference to the caption under his picture, which also slightly resembles Raoul...hmm....

'Sitting' sun? As opposed to the standing, running or walking sun?

According to the radio station I was listening to yesterday, the guy had repeatedly warned the kid to stay off his grass and the story says that he's been harrassed or something to that effect for 5 years. I think its a bit extreme, but he's apparently decided to be a man of his word and take action. A couple more cases like this and none of us will have to worry about people walking on our lawns.
