We had a guy file sexual harrassment aginst a female where I work. In the military that isn't taken lightly. She brushed up aginst his back while she was trying to go around him in an encosed space. He took it the wrong way and filed aginst her. Seeing as nothing really happened and she was getting ready to go to Officer Canidate School and it would have ruined here military carreer, we "convinced" him to drop the charges. We went about the whole thing all wrong, and almost got ourselves in huge trouble in the process.
So this is one of those "Do as I say, not as I do" situations, try to work it out, maybe a letter of appology explaining what you did. Just try not to go off on the guy because that will only get you into more trouble than what you are.

I don't give two craps about the all the gay stuff you guys say I just think it's ridiculous. Our "*** pats" are a way of joking around we kinda mock how other teams do it seriously. The reason why gave the kid a good hustle was because he just got a prom date and a group of guys was joking around saying good job. That being said, you guys can say as you will.
