The bus system will get you where you need to go and you will find plenty to do. The Aquarium is pretty cool also. I grew up there. Go Seahawks. It is a shame we lost but what's done is done. Nope, that's a couple hundred miles south in Tillamook, Oregon, home of the cheese.

The Museum of Flight is AT Boeing Field, but it's not the "Boeing" museum of flight. It's owned/run by a group not affilliated with Boeing. They do, however, have a close relationship, as you might imagine. You will find a heap of cool aircraft, including the original Air Force One, a Concorde, an SR71, etc. there. Well worth a couple of hours or all day.

 

go to the micro brews.... there are a ton. There is one in the Pike's market area, but I usually have to wander around to find it. Also, hit the Rock Bottom brewery. They are a national micro brew chain but put a local twist on each one. When I worked for Boeing and was in Seattle, Chicgo, or Phoenix I would make sure I got there at least once. Of course, being a member has its privaleges as well...
