How many concealed weapons permits here?

How many concealed weapons permits here? What type of handgun? I carry a Glock 30 (45 cal. sub-compact). Fits perfect in the center console in the holder.

I dont even bother trying in Maryland.

The only ones packing are the cops and the crooks.

Us lawabiding citizens are at the mercy of the criminal element.

Legally when transporting a firearm in MD you have to have the gun in one location of the car and the amunition in another, and certainly not in the clip.

we have the "kill the carjacker!, please", law in Louisiana. you can carry in your car, which is an extension of your home. a few carjackers have been nailed by passing motorists

I was under the impression that VA was a right to carry state.

Technically........every state is a right to carry state..........and, every citizen is allowed to own ANY type of firearm.......refer to the Second Amendment........

Yea well...

technically....technically every state grants the right to carry and technically every citizen theoretically has a 2nd amendment right

but theory and technical matters seldomly coincide.

Count me in.

Glock 9x19 is my main one. A few other handguns rarely leave the safe.

CCW here, rarely carry, but when I do:

Sig P226 in .40 S&W with Federal Hydroshocks

Problem is, being a medic, if I shoot them, I think I hafta fix 'em afterwards

VA is a right to carry state (Commonwealth) which means that anyone not prohibited by law from owning a firearm can not be refused a CCW permit if they apply for one.

Personally I don't believe in such unConstitutional infringements, but I'd rather not meet bubba either so I play by the rules. I would not count on 'technically' to keep my **** out of jail. YMMV

BTW add a Kimber Ultra CDP to the pile (.45 ACP)
