Bill,

I think you need a day off brotha. If the weather is good, get out an play a round of golf, or go shoot some skeet. Get away from the everyday. It will do you good. Stress will make things worse.

HA HA HA fatty.

I thought I told everyone that I take the internet down everyday from 8AM - 5PM for cleaning and dusting. A clean and dust free internet is a safer internet.

Any chance you could post your phone number so we could all call and get assistance when we need it.

I don't have DSL, can i still call?

Maybe you could hook me up with DSL, since Verizon doesn't seem to want to.

One solution is to find the switch for the phone and push it to the other side, then just sit back and put your feet up.

No fool. This is for Bill. Besides, I got my machine working fine. It was a bad power supply.

The reason it's fooked up now is because my mother-in-laws dam dog whizzed on the USB ports in the front. I have learned a valuable leason from that. I need to put my box on my desk.

Ahh cool, a computer help thread, right on!

So I picked up this "SpywareStrike 2.5" worm a few days ago, and after I was unsuccessful in removing it, I decided to give "system restore" a shot, and it worked!

Now my question is: Did it really work, or is the worm still lying somewhere on my computer in another dimension, a paralell universe of sorts.
Will it come back to haunt me, or is it gone forever?

Anyone, anyone? Bueller?

and finally, I'd like to close this post with some important words...

"Dirka, Dirka, Dirka"

Now this is humorous.

Was it a plugNplay wiz, or did you have to go through setup to get it to work?
