I don't think so....that looks bogus....
They likely had m-80 or something under the table that blew the thing apart...I've overclocked and melted processors and other than getting really hot and discoloring there is no pop like that....
I guess its possible but it is probably fake...

Mine lights up all blue is the only difference that I can tell. I paid $50 for it.
Here's the exact one I have. MGE must have sold out to XG or something. If you look at the voltage ratings tag they are identical.

First video.. I have blown up a processore years ago.. I plugged it in backwards. They do pop but nothing to that magnitude.
