Ok that cancels out my theory:

I figured you were in the back yard to bury your wife and got caught up in the shallow grave.

I HATE when that happens.

Looks like you can see where the pumpkin and drive shaft were sank into the ground.

Road Side Dispatch: Go to 1212 Luma and pull a Explorer out of a backyard.

Tow Driver: Back Yard?

Road Side Dispatch: Yea, back yard.

Tow Driver: Did he give a name?

Road Side Dispatch: No, but he sounds frantic.

Tow Driver: How does someone get stuck in the backyard?

Road Side Dispatch: I don’t know, I just answer the phone.

Tow Driver: Ok, I am pulling up now and the owner seems very distraught.

Road Side Dispatch: Take pictures before you tow him, we need something to talk about tomorrow.

Tow Driver: 10-4

I'm not sure I could be talked into buying a house if I haven't walked around the yard once. I'm afraid I just cannot comprehend how someone could make such an important purchase without having any clue what they are buying. Who would buy a house without knowing if it's on solid ground???

(my house has the second-highest elevation of the whole street, which slopes gently downhill to the lake a block away. No chance of flooding or standing water)
