Unhappy Next Monday I will have to say goodbye to you all.

Right now, things just aren't going all that great for me. I'm back at work now, but it's so darn slow and money is getting extreamly tight these days for me and I can't budget myself anymore then I already am.
I have a check coming pretty soon from Ford on buying back my truck since it was a Lemon, and I was going to use that check for a down payment on another F-150, and found out today that I pretty much can't afford to buy another F-150 right now. I was paying 500 bucks a month for a 04 XLT Supercrew for the next 6 years, and 275.00 in truck insurance a month due to my driving record. so were at 775.00 dollars just for the trucl payment and insurance, add another 250.00 a month for gas, and now it's up to 1,025.00 a month just for the F150!!!!!! I'm only 22 years old, I can't believe I went out and brought myself a new F150 when I should have known better then that, and try to at least get a house or apartment beofre I brought a truck, that 1,025.oo dollars can come in very handy for a house instead of just a truck that I wanted to have.
So this is whats going on now....I'm taking the check from Ford from buying back my truck, and I will be just getting some kind of beater car for the meantime, as I start to move out on Monday into a 2 bedroom house with a freind of mine, which I could not do before as I couldn't afford it due to my truck payments and insurance a month.
Monday is going to start a different life style for me, and I won't be able to get on the computer to get to this fourm since this computer is not mine to begine with to take to the house. I have to buy a computer, but who knows when that will come along :-( so I will be having to say buy to you guys very shorty which I hate to do, but I have to get my life going in the right Direction before I can go out and buy some toys again, which I should never have done in the frist place since I have a hard time affording them.
I will miss not having an F-150, but I'm still plenty young and theres plenty of time in the future where I can hopfully win the lottery and buy an F-150 again! lol Take care you guys, I will be around here for a little bit until Monday!

I hate to hear that but I know what your saying... Took me almost 10 years to get a late model truck... As far as coming here you are still welcome here and you can get on line at your local library...

Don't regret buying the F150, look where it brought you! I'm sorry we won't be seeing much of eachother soon, but maybe head to your local library or computer lab or something. As far as the beater car goes, try try to stick American. No yotas or hondas, please. I am glad though that you're finally moving out, being on your own. That's exciting! Maybe your roomate will let you use his computer once in a while, ya know? Good luck and we'll be here... FL

Dude, you are sooooo lucky! You need to consider yourself blessed that you got out from under that truck payment. Count your blessings, take your lumps and learn to live within your means. I bought ONE new truck in my life and got ripped off by the scumbag salesman and my own ignorance. Only I had to live with those big payments for 5 years. You are lucky enough to catch a huge break, run with it.

Rocky makes a good point. Maybe it was meant to be that your truck was a yellow fruit so you didn't have the financial burden of it all.

I may have a computer I can throw your way, you'll just have to get a monitor, keyboard and mouse. It's from dell, it's pretty decent. Let me know.

Sorry to hear we won't be seeing you around much. But it does sound like you are heading down the road to complete recovery and could be back with us in the near future. You're always welcome F150 or not.

Thanks guys! I'll miss this place in the meatime, It seems like I'm always on F150online latly so it will be a bummer to have to leave it and you guys! I just have to get organized frist into the new place, then go computer shopping, and yes, I will be saying "I'm Back" but probably not for a month or so.
As far as just getting me a beater to get around with these days, I really have no idea on what I will be getting, but I am not a fan of the Hondas or Toyatoas all that much, I still love are American cars and trucks, but I just need something to get me around in for about 2 years until I hope to have a few bucks saved up then to buy my dream truck back (the f-150) but time will tell how it goes, but, this is the frist step I have to take, but I have to do it sooner or later.

Thanks for the supporting words you have given me!! I got 4 full days left to be on here, but the count down is on
