Regardlesss on what Mike said.. i know what i saw.. i can tell the difference between a SOHC and a DOHC.. whether or not they came from ford like that or the state paid to have them done.. im telling you i saw 3 that i know which definately have a DOHC 32v 4.6.. if you cant believe it then im sorry you didnt see what i saw, im just simply stating the facts on what i seen, that is all.. and yes NJ has the Marauder as unmarked cars here also, the Pasaic County Sheriffs Dept. has 3, all are black..

The Crown Vics around here get some kind of exhaust mods (not sure what is done), reprogram engine tune, reprogram shifting, suspention is upgraded with performance springs, shocks, and massive sway bars, rear end gears, and low profile performance tires. Yes...they are fast.
